Hello! I'm Heather Hays the Breathwork Lady. I am a passionate breathwork coach dedicated to helping individuals tap into the power of their breath to unlock deep healing and transformation. My journey as a breathwork coach began after personally experiencing the transformative effects of this powerful practice. I had approximately 14 years of sobriety the first time I tried breathwork, I had been through the 12 steps several times and had tried various types of therapy and spiritual practices; NOTHING produced the effects that I experienced with just one session of breathwork! I was enveloped in feelings of profound self-love and acceptance that propelled me into the practice as a necessary form of self-care. I believe that by consciously working with the breath, we can release unconscious patterns, trauma, and stress, and create space for greater love, clarity, and abundance in our lives. This practice changed my life and I want to help you change yours!!

I was laying on a massage table 6 years ago desperately seeking relief from my high stress job when it hit me; I wanted to become a massage therapist and provide people with exquisite pampering I was receiving at that moment. Life can be stressful, and self-care is important! I love having an opportunity to help people find a moment of peace and relief from the demands of life, a sacred pause if you will. Each massage I give is unique based on the needs and requests of my clients and my intuitive touch.
