We all acquire baggage as we move through life. Pieces we’ve been handed by our parents, teachers, friends, partners, and society. Over time, all those pieces get heavy! Therapy offers a chance to dig through them, alone or as a couple, and figure out which pieces and parts can be taken away from that heavy load. We’ll figure out some of the reasons for your behaviors and beliefs without turning them into excuses—helping you move forward lighter and more in control.

Prior to shifting focus to counseling, I spent over 25 years as a graphic designer. My early education focused on that. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Counseling through Lindenwood University. I know what it’s like to make big changes in life, to start over from square one. Life changes and restarts don’t have to be managed alone.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 5 years and meditation for over 10. I understand how movement and breathwork can have a monumental effect on the mind and offer a respite to put down those heavy things for a bit. While traditional yoga and meditation
aren’t for everyone, finding a way to move and to breathe is important for everyone.

Everyone lives multiple lives—each chapter brings about change, requires creative solutions, and offers a new understanding of who you are as an individual and in relationships. Let me help you figure out who you are at this stage now.
