Life is challenging and the world keeps changing around us.  Many times, we do not recognize the stresses of life.  Sometimes, we attempt to ignore them. And there are times we feel burdened but do not know how to find the help we need. Often, we don’t seek out for help feeling that it is a weakness or shameful to get help for our mental and emotional wellbeing. None of that is true. In fact, by reaching out, you are demonstrating an inner strength indicating your resilience to stress and even trauma. I can help you further find your strengths either realized or hidden within yourself.

Throughout my adult life I have worked to give back for the aid I’ve received through my trials and tribulations. My mature wisdom has assisted me in finding the resources I needed. I can share this knowledge of resources with you. I am working towards retirement from my current career as a research scientist and I will use this skill in my next career as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. I am presently obtaining my master’s degree in MFT from Northcentral University and working on my internship here at Diversified Health and Wellness Center. I consider myself a mature Christian without judgment towards others. I am taught through my faith to accept and love everyone without condition. I believe I can help you and maybe leave you with a smile on your beautiful faces.
