I am Level 1 Gottman-trained and a workshop leader for Gottman's The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. I bring evidence-based tools and techniques to help couples build stronger connections, resolve conflicts, and deepen their understanding of one another.

 

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree and am currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health at Lindenwood University. My approach is informed by both academic knowledge and real-world experience, ensuring a balance of professionalism and empathy.
