“I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story.” -Brene Brown

Showing up for yourself is the first step in the healing process.  You are not alone.  My goal is to provide a safe space to establish a relationship that is built on acceptance, trust, compassion, and understanding.  I aim to walk alongside you and provide a strong support system as you face adversity and need guidance navigating through your personal struggles.  My treatment philosophy is geared towards attaining balance as an integral aspect of the therapeutic process where you are empowered and armed with tools to make healthy, lasting changes for your overall well-being.  My approach to therapy is mainly focused on a holistic, person-centered approach aligning the mind, body, and spirit to live life on purpose, with intention, engaged, and wholeheartedly.

I also offer tutoring pre-K through 9 grade all subjects.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology from McKendree College and am currently working towards my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Missouri Baptist University.  Throughout my life, I have found my heart’s passion fueled by serving, encouraging, and making connections with others.  I am grateful for this opportunity to work alongside Diversified Health and Wellness Center.
