Starting counseling can be very stressful and intimidating. It is not an easy step, coming in to tell your life story or problems to someone you’ve never met. When working with clients I like them to know that I understand and can relate to the vulnerable position they are putting themselves in by coming to see me.
As your counselor I am committed to creating a safe and healing environment where you can feel comfortable to open up and share your struggles, triumphs, fears, and hopes. I strive to be compassionate, caring, and to listen with an open mind. I will walk alongside you on your counseling journey and be there every step of the way. My goal is to meet each one of my clients where they are at and create a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and understanding.
In 2017, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Lindenwood University. I then obtained my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2021.
